Michael Chernow is the Founder of Seamores, a sustainable seafood restaurant with 6 locations around New York. He is also the cofounder of The Meatball Shop, a chain of over a dozen fast-casual restaurants. In addition to the restaurants, Michael is also the one of the founders of WellWell, a plant-based functional beverage company.
